FREE MEET AND GREET CONSULTATION

It is important for us to meet your dog and get to know him/her before you retain our sevices. Please call or email us to schedule a free meet and greet consultation to review your dog’s needs and requirements. Our meet and greet lasts 20 to 30 minutes; some of our questions will include:

• Your dog's breed, age and any health concerns

• ​What type of dog walking schedule you need, including the days of the week, time slot and the start date

• ​Your dog’s feeding schedule and any medication that must be administered

• ​If your dog has any personality issues

• ​How your dog interacts with other dogs

• ​Your mobile number and/or the best way to reach you

• ​An emergency contact in the event you are unreachable

• ​Your veterinarian's contact information

After gathering the necessary information to ensure that your dog is well cared for, we will keep your information on file so that we may better service you and your dog.

KEY SAFETY POLICY

Our Key Safety Policy is perfect for clients who use our dog walking services on a regular basis, those who travel frequently, and clients who know they will utilize our services in the future.

We keep two sets of your keys. The first set is used to access your home for dog walking services. The second set is just in case the first key breaks, fails to work or in the unlikely event that it is misplaced. (We have also been able to help clients who have locked themselves out of their homes.) Our policy also ensures us the ability to provide immediate coverage in case of emergency.
